This is the personal portfolio of Kinga Dytrych (ferza.eu). The short version: this site collects as little as possible — no accounts, no forms, no ads, and currently no cookies.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of any personal data processed through this site is Kinga Dytrych. If you have any question about your data, write to kinga.dytrych@gmail.com.

What this site collects

The site itself does not ask you for any personal data. If you choose to contact me by email, I will process the data you include (your address and the content of your message) only to reply to you, on the basis of my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Emails are kept no longer than needed for our exchange.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually every hosting provider, Vercel processes technical server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. Details are in Vercel’s privacy policy.

Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch the font files, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google. Details are in Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This site currently does not use cookies and does not run any analytics or tracking tools. If that ever changes — for example, if I add a visitor-statistics tool — a consent banner will appear before any such cookie is set, and this section will describe exactly what is used and why.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl).

The site links to external services (Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance). Once you leave ferza.eu, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.
